He completed his MD from King George Medical University, Lucknow in 2004 and has been performing bronchoscopies for over 22 years. Dr. Rout has served in high-capacity private and government hospitals, managing both routine indoor cases and critically ill ICU patients. He has authored research articles in medical journals and contributed a chapter in a textbook. He is currently a member of the Indian Chest Society, European Respiratory Society, and American Thoracic Society. Besides pulmonology, he also holds a special interest in managing thyroid disorders, diabetes, hypertension, and infectious diseases and other medical disorders.
